The aim of our sea kayak tours and training is to give people an unforgettable experience paddling to wild remote and hidden places. Paddle along gigantic sea cliffs, through sea arches and into darkened sea caves or rocky coves and landing at desolate sandy beaches along the way.
James O’Donnell who runs Sea Kayaking Donegal is fully registered and affiliated to Canoeing Ireland and British Canoeing partners to operate sea kayak tours and sea kayak training. James is a fully insured and updated Level 3 Sea Kayak Guide/Instructor. He is fully insured through the British Canoe Association, is REC First Aid qualified, and received ISKGA Sea Kayak guides incident management training, and is also Child Protection certified (including Garda vetting). Having spent over 16 years exploring the Donegal coastline via sea and surf kayak, James is sufficiently qualified to give unique outstanding tours, with great awareness and understanding of the environment and wildlife.
